Do I have to use Holm-connected contractors?
No. Holm works whether you use our contractor network or your own. The network just makes things faster and keeps a live record.
Does Holm work if my home is in another country?
Yes, if the country is supported for address lookup. If not, you can enter the property manually and Holm still works. More countries roll out monthly.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your data is not used to train Holm's models or anyone else's. See the Security page for details.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full read-only access for 12 months and can export everything — as a PDF or a spreadsheet — whenever you want.
