Why Holm exists

Every homeowner has the same filing cabinet in the same drawer. The warranty. The date. The contractor's number. The receipt. The last time anyone cleaned the gutters. It isn't working — and the cost of it not working shows up the day something breaks.

Holm is the system that filing cabinet should have been. It's the memory a home should have. It's what happens when you treat a house like infrastructure instead of a hobby.

The company

Holm is built by Solis Core Inc.

Solis Core Inc. builds two products. Solis is the field app contractors use to run jobs, capture photos, and hand off invoices. Holm is the homeowner side of the same picture: when work gets done on your home, you see it, and you keep it. The two products talk to each other — that's the point.
