You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. One person per account; shared use should go through Trusted access.

Don't use Holm to store illegal content, attack our systems, or misrepresent property ownership. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid tiers bill monthly or annually through a dedicated third-party payment processor — Holm doesn't store your full card details. Cancel any time. After cancellation you keep read-only access for 12 months and can export everything.

You can cancel any time. We can terminate for acceptable-use violations. Termination does not remove your data export rights.

Holm owns the software and brand. You own your data and content. We may use aggregated, anonymized stats to improve the product.

Holm is a decision-support tool, not financial, legal, medical, or tax advice. We're not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where Solis Core Inc. is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in state or federal court in Delaware.
